Even Newer Pricing - $100 per hour for the shoot. $100 minumum. Now my pricing is easy. One rate for all jobs. You decide how quickly you want to take things. I can normally do smaller homes in an hour, medium sized homes (3000 sq ft) in 90 minutes. If you want to take more time and bring out the fancy lights I can do that too.

I prefer to have the listing agent at the shoot to discuss the shots so that the listing is portrayed to their liking.

Each shoot receives the following items:

• Images sized specifically for the MLS
• Images sized for personal or business web sites with slightly larger images
• Images sized for printing in flyers, postcards and advertisements
• Online slide show with customizable captions and image order
• Online delivery using DigitalBucket.net for quick and easy access to all images
